How is The Daily Show left of the list? What is right of the list? The headline is incoherent.

How about using science to eliminate slideshows?

Is it just me or is that web page broken?

I can't find anything to click on to page through the list of top 10 sites.

Why would the Daily Show be on a list of science sites?  Am I missing a meme?

Science!

So, no  MIT Technology ReviewThe Register, or  Slashdot, but  Slateis listed as an honorable mention?  That list is garbage.

And why exactly would TDS be listed with the likes of  Naturesubby?  Yous trollin.

The meme was swallowed by a black hole, which was written about in an uninteresting manner in Discover.

Slate recruited Phil Plait, so has that going for it.

It's because the page was made by a moran.
The 2nd slide is hiding behind "Honorable Mentions" instead of making the arrows next to it part of the link and clicking on it requires either Javascript or a browser which does moran-to-working-website translations because the link is looking like this:

<a style="font-size:18px; font-weight:bold;" id="nextURL" href="javascript: manualURLCall('http://www.realclearscience.com/lists/top_10_science_si tes/honorable_mentions.html');"> Honorable Mentions</a>

I still like Scientific American...
but this is more a paper mag (they do have digital) and you need to purchase.  (but it's worth it)

More importantly, why is Live Science ON the list? Not only that, but even though it's more of a syndicated blog, Bad Astronomy should at least get an honorable mention.

Wait, I see that Phil Plait got a mention under Slate's entry on the "Honorable Mentions" page. List still fails with the inclusion of Live Farking Science.

This list fails HARD without  http://phys.org.

This.  I have been subscribing for years.  They don't shy away form hard concepts.

Also, glad to Ars Technica on the last, sad it wasn't 2 or 3, but I'll take it.

Well, at least their list of top Science News sites didn't include anything bogus like...
oh, SCIENCE NEWS

io9 is #10? WTF? It shouldn't even be on this list. In my experience, their science reporting is attrocious and full of stupidity and giant leaps not supported by the study they are reporting on.

The rest of the list is alright, but io9 shouldn't be anywhere near a list of best science sites.

And then I got to Popular Science and nearly closed TFA.
