skozlaw: Superjew: By blocking Port 80.

Block UDP on 53, then put a couple of domains into the hosts file and when they complain they can't access the internet use those domains to "test" and pretend there isn't a problem and they're just nuts.

Another fun one is to take a screenshot of their desktop, and then set that as their background image and remove a couple of their favorite icons from the desktop.  Drives people nuts.
