One of these times, I will cross a marathon finish line with a lit cigarette in my mouth.  Of course, I'll probably drop stone-farking-dead...

...maybe I'll just leave the smokes alone.

Smokers aren't allowed to exercise and deserve to be robbed?

The 2nd story about the genius who threw a cinder block through the window of a store and stole about $10 in change is even better... Really... $10? Evidently people in Kentucky are wicked smart.

I did it, although the race was not being run at the time.

Meh, I used to do something like that -- cool down from a workout with a smoke and hot cup of black coffee. I remember it used to horrify my workout buddy...who instead preferred to suck down several sugary abominations from the gym juice bar.

I'm sure that if was of utmost importance for the jogger to report that, in addition to his wallet, his remaining cigarettes were stolen too.

Yeah.... I had to reread the headline a couple if times thinking I missed the point.

FTA: "The victim described the robber as a black man in his mid-20s "

Will the racial profiling never end?

Apparently.  He should be able to display his smokes any where any time without the fear of being pawed at or harassed.  Just because he stopped in a bad neighborhood and approached two shady characters doesn't make him responsible for what happened.

The man took the $7 inside the jogger's wallet and his remaining cigarettes

truly master criminals lurking in every shadow....

I used to pull bong rips  afterI jogged. All the  fresh little pink alveoli were exposed & the THC just sunk
right in. Would get me pretty damn baked.

Dunno where the idea that physically active people don't smoke came from; the most physically fit out of my friends burns through at least a pack a day.  Of course, given that his primary hobby is tackling class 5 whitewater in a kayak when he's not rock climbing sans harness, I'm not sure cancer is high on his list of concerns.

I quit smoking about a year ago but I've been known to annoy my fellow hikers by stopping for a smoke at a scenic overlook or two. It stopped me from eating an unhealthy abomination packaged as healthy, otherwise know as an 'energy bar'.

There is a reason why "Trail" Mix is named as such. Lots of energy and protein, won't sit like a lump in your stomach and if you buy the bulk stuff at the health food store you don't get all the chemical crap. Toss in some dehydrated apricots and banana chips and it's even better.

Oh I know i just hate seeing the discarded wrappers of those damn things everywhere.  I have a food dehydrator, I like to put pineapple in mine.

Wow. People actually still do that? Assholes.

Pocket your trash until you get home you jag offs! Seriously you managed to bring it all the way out there when the package was full. Bringing the wrappers back is not exactly some huge burden. Sucks going out to enjoy some untouched nature only to see that silvery sh*t on the ground glinting in the sun.

This, but actually the guys I hiked with all smoked too. But yeah, we weren't really hiking 20 miles for the exercise. We just liked getting out doors and camping and hiking through nature, it just happens to be good for you. We took smoke breaks when we were mountain biking as well.

I worked with a dude about a year ago who rode a bicycle to work every day and smoked.  Very WTF.
