sherpa18: spinach gunk:just got done combining DDA's last addition with mine, so I think you have to move the dorkapotamus (Kay was there first)....
lilyspad: [i.imgur.com image 640x427]OMG you guize! I just looked at this one! She looks like a freakin' pirate!! "ARGH ye maties!!!" Hahahaha!
spinach gunk: On a side note, I can't help snickering every time I see book titles in the photography section at the library such as, "Shooting children for fun and profit", "Shooting baby animals", "How to shoot your family", etc
spinach gunk: Hey Older Guy..... I'll just leave this here. ;)[spinachgunk.smugmug.com image 800x450]"But the paint store had it for 90% off!"

sno man: Try some tea with lemon & honey, breathing in the steam... sometimes works.
dopekitty74: sherpa18: tigerose: sherpa18: I hope you are just up early, and not still up frm last night...Just up early again to feed the lord and masterTM, and could not get back to sleep.*slight threadjack*Meanwhile, since a considerable portion of Caturday participants seem to qualify for "get off my lawn" privileges (myself included), and I don't know how many of you venture out to the main page, I thought I would bring your attention to this photographic record of life in America in the early '70's (currently posted on the FarkUs tab). Having grown up in NYC during that period, I found it mesmerizing. Even if you did not live in one of the locations highlighted, it is a real trip down memory lane. (Cigarettes $3.99/carton, beer $1.15/six pack, cars that were not made of plastic, to say nothing of the clothes - WTF were we thinking?)*ends threadjack, grabs cane to hobble off for a nap*[i415.photobucket.com image 302x406]Born in July 1974, this is a glimpse of what the world was like when I was born.. .thanks for the link!
Mrs CDK: sherpa18: ...You think that's just a feather ball, but really, it's an M67 fragmentation grenade in disguise...bwahahahahahaaa
yobbery: sherpa18: You're stuck now!

And Dragon said I had to post his latest "terminator" pic. I did try to explain to him that it was not very scary since he playing on newspaper with a feather ball, but I do as I'm told :o)
spinach gunk: They make a fine trio!

Mrs CDK: Caesar is no longer our foster dog. He is now our forever dog!
maynerdkitty: lilyspad: Older Guy.....I hope you are enjoying your "moment of glory" with the tennis-match going on with your house!! I don't remember a time when a person's personal stuff was the target....I could be wrong. I would be honored myself!I know that I can say for everyone here....we can't wait to see the "after" pics!!! :DAt one time my poor little tractor, Earl, got caught up in a tennis match. In no time at all he went from being a perfectly functional old tractor, to wearing groucho glasses, up on blocks and driven by a princess in an ugly hat! And after all that I cannot find pictures of it, but it sure was fun.
lilyspad: Good to hear! I hope he continues on this path! Skritches to Buddy (and you too!) :D
akimbotoo: That is wonderful to hear sweetie! I know you both cherish the time you have with him. Those are adorable new pictures! I love that blur of a tail! I figure that if he feels good enough to have some "quality time" with his white bear, that is a good sign! :D
yobbery: Biscuit sends Buddy a big (((HUG)))
tigerose: So glad that Buddy is feeling a bit better.
Mrs CDK: Glad to hear that cutie pie is doing good!

yobbery: Nathan seems to be doing better today. Still not quite there, but he was up asking for treats and clawed the crap out of his favorite chair. I really do think what's bothering him most is the stress of the whole ordeal. He's never been really sick, and has never spent a night away from home in a noisy place with people poking and prodding. On Nathan's behalf everyone split a can of tuna. Mia didn't finish hers and Nate was more than happy to nom down what the didn't finish. They're all in a tuna coma right now except for Biscuit. He's been playing in the bath tub and just came over to plop his soggy ass in my lap.
catmandu: OK folks, i need a bit of advice. I have been feeding my cats Purina Indoor formula for a couple of years (since the financial troubles started). Mandu has suddenly decided that he no longer likes it so he rarely eats but scratches the rug to cover the bowl. At first, I thought he was just in a mood, but it has been going on for a couple of weeks and he has actually lost weight, not enough to be dangerous since he was a little thicker than ideal, but enough to be noticeable. Mika has no problem with the food. I would like some recommendations for inexpensive food that is still reasonably good. I feed my cats dry kibble free-choice.
spinach gunk: sherpa18: Eh, I think no matter what pic of him you shop into a tennis match, he is always going to be saying, "Quit your Farking and bring me some food!" ;) Dis piktchur not compleet wifout a dorkapotamus.
sherpa18: Ya know, that pic of the white one is usually the first thing I will 'shop into a tennis match, but I was trying to be different and not do it this time. But thanks for adding him, I can just imagine what my old man would be saying...
