Moopy Mac: Private_Citizen: tenpoundsofcheese: Private_Citizen: tenpoundsofcheese: Now this line is funny:

"The poll also shows that the president's overall job-approval rating stands at 45 percent, a 3-point drop from last month, although it's within the poll's margin of error."

Last month's poll did not have a margin of error?  The 48 number from last month was an absolute number?
WTF is he comparing it to?

NBC news isn't even trying anymore to appear unbiased.

Since margins of error work both ways, they could have overestimated Obama's support in the last poll, and underestimated it in the current one. So it's possible presidential support went up, not down.

You can't then say it is within the margin of error.

Last month was 48 and I assume the moe was 3. So the range is 45 to 51

This month the number was 45 so the range is 42 to 48

It is wrong to say this month's result is within the moe of last month's.

I'm not sure how you're reading it, but all they're saying is support could have gone down, stayed the same, or even gone up. So don't read to much into small swings of an inaccurate poll.

Why are you trying? Stop it.

some people care about the truth.
you on the other hand don't seem to care and prefer that people don't talk about it if it goes against your narrative.

With attitudes like this, people wonder why nobody on Fark is rich?

Envy, all it is.

Obama's Reptiloid Master: Storm their houses and offices, take their assets, nationalize their holdings, and throw the lot of them into forced labor camps.

i could get into that

Yes, because you get rich by cheering on rich people. Then they will see that you like them and then they'll let you into their rich-person inner-circle.

This is what Republicans think.

FTFA: Asked to explain their dissatisfaction, respondents cite (in order) partisanship and the inability of Congress to get things done, middle-class Americans being ignored and the Obama administration's policies and leadership.

If asked to put them in order I would but the real answer to the question of why dissatisfied would be "yes".

I'm totally ignorant on this subject but now I'm curious. Isn't 45 with the 45 to 51 range? I'm pretty sure that the writer made the same mistake in assuming so.
