That's a misnomer.  I was expecting it to be colored green.  Something to have with my eggs and ham.

Rapmaster2000: How about you make Coke with actual sugar in 12 oz glass bottles that I can get outside of a hippie grocery store?  Is there no market for non-fat people that just want to pick up a decent Coke once in a while?

I'm not sorry to be the first one to tell you, but i am going to disabuse you of a few notions.

1: HFCS is not illegal in Mexico.
2: Mexican labeling regulations allow HFCS to be listed as "azúcar" (sugar).
3: Due to not having an insanely powerful corn lobby, and being further south than we are, cane sugar is often the cheaper sweetener in Mexico. But not always.
4: Due to the above, some of that mexican coke is made with HFCS and some of it is made with cane sugar and some of it is made with beet sugar.
5: The phosphoric acid in Coke breaks down the cane sugar into 50% glucose and 50% fructose. So, best case scenario, you paid a lot for a coke that allowed you to give the corn lobby the finger and has a bit less fructose in it.

Actually, if I recall correctly.. Coke *is* green in color before the caramel coloring is added.
