yeah, I really miss Anchorage for that.  And to be clear, I was complaining about the taste of the water, and how it treated my hair in the shower.  We've never lived anywhere that I thought it was a safety issue.  Except for my son.  The fluoride must have addled his brain, as he's now an "anti-fluoride" crusader.
