Farking mice get into my truck engine all the time.  Every time I use it I have to check under the air filter and make sure the nests are blown out and wires aren't chewed.  Like inspecting a plane before takeoff.  Farking mice!

British people call the cops when their wipers stop working?  Nanny state, indeed.  I bet the woman got a diaper changing on the call, too.

No, but they call their automobile club people "patrolmen".

Fake.

That is probably someone's pet rat.

No way was that a wild rat.

The brits have bust wipers on their cars? I'd like to watch some those in action.

Slow news day at the Mirror. Staging a fancy rat...    nothing to see here, move along citizen.

This--poor lil' gal was a hooded rat, which is a domesticated rat...either someone's pet, or (and sadly, I'd not put this past the Mirror) deliberately staged.

That said...ratties will chew (as will bunnies), but if one is going to allow pet rats to have free run in a room it's easy enough to rat-proof an area as far as cables go.  (It's also easy to discourage this sort of thing by the use of some Bitter Apple on the things you don't want ratties to mouth on.)

And just because it's been a while since we've had a good excuse for one, I declare this a Raturday Thread with some light musical entertainment :D

I don't normally agree; but yeah, staged.  Who the fark has a camera at the ready when they're looking under the hood.  And anyone that deals with a rat/mouse from time to time knows they sure as shiat don't stick around so you can say hi.  Especially if someone "screamed".

I once started an old belt-driven forced induction diesel tractor with a family of mice living in the fan cage. Looked like a scene from "Fargo"...

As mentioned earlier, the hell with this rat, show me some pics of the bust wipers!
