Wow that Jury Sequester was really effective.  I totally believe that the last four weeks of her media blackout completely shielded her from any idea that this case might be a sore topic for a lot of people.

Totally.

Yea it divided people into "those who watched the trial and those who didn't"

I've yet to meet a person who watched the entire case that thought Zimmerman would be found guilty based on the evidence presented in court.

The entire affair is agitprop for low-information voters.
It's manufactured racism for Democrats who profit from racial schisms- a way to keep blacks angry and guilty liberals on the plantation. So far it's worked great.

And that's the rub. As much as I think the man is guilty of manslaughter, in Florida it just wasn't going to happen.

Frankly I'm more pissed off at the people who blindly refer to Trayvon Martin as a 'no good thug' and other derogatory epithets than I am at the verdict of the case. It sickens me that people are so eager to paint such a negative picture of someone they've never met. It may not be racism, but it's prejudice all the way.

No 'she' didn't. The internet does not have that effect in America. The marketing people looks two weeks into future and saw no one would care about this case and decided it wasn't worth cutting a check to the juror.

I agree completely.  I would add it also annoys me when people who never met Zimmerman claim he was " a racist cop wannabe who couldn't wait to go out and shoot black people." Unless you knew either person in real life your perception of them is pained by what we've heard from the media.

That would be called empathy. Seeing a young black man who didn't always make great choices in life, lying dead on the pavement because someone else didn't make great choices either and being able to relate it to your own family, personal experience, etc. It's a basic human emotion.

How about you tell me the political affiliations of the people who over rode the judgement of the Sanford Police and local prosecutors  (You know, the people who let Zimmerman out that night, and whose judgement was validated by the jury). Then  you can tell me who politically benefits from the uproar caused. After that, you can tell me why Obama opened his mouth on a local affair.

With the exception of Martins mother I really hate everyone in this case

This has turned into a political football; just another extension of our left v right pissing match.

The right is gloating over this ruling, and that is a shame.

A young boy is still dead and people are high-fiving over a political victory.

Its sickening.

Is this one of those instances where a liberal tries to shame someone into shutting up, because that persons race, gender or sexual orientation disqualifies them from having an opinion?

It's actually your racism and general intelligence level that disqualifies you.

We get it, you think black people are dumb and the only reason a white person treats them as equals is because they feel guilty.
