At least it's better than UDIA...

I've heard of this.  A marauding band of miscreants roam about putting small dogs on people's roofs.  They call themselves roofers.

It's a sad, sad statement of society when you hear that another young teen has roofied a dog.

UDOR?

I think there's a little bit of Udor in all of us.

CSS

I went for a walk near my moms house with my then 2 year old twin boys and one of them said (in toddlerese) "der 's da doggy on-a woof, mommy" (there's a doggy on the roof). I was like yeah, yeah, doggy on the roof, very silly. We kept walking with him babbling about da doggy then turned around and walked back. Now both of them are jumping and squealing "da doggy on-a woof! Is on-a woof!" Sure enough, I finally see him, a chocolate lab perched on the top of the roof like friggin snoopy or something. So we went to the front door and the boys are still dancing around like The Lord of the flies singing about the dog and the lady just comes to the door and says "So I gather the dog is on the roof again?" I was like yes, does he do it a lot? He climbs the giant house antenna and sits on the roof all the time, apparently. They're almost 4 now and still look for him every time we're at my moms house.

My wife and I were married in the back yard of our old house.  It was a lovely ceremony, interrupted only by the fire department arriving at the house next door to get a dog off the roof.

UDOR?

I often contemplate the idea of "Hodor for a day"

Hmm, it's a chihuahua mix, so really it's only a half-dog.

I don't understand the appeal of those things.

I don't believe they exist.

Glad to see that Washington State hasn't yet adopted California's SOP of just shooting the poor dog.
