The episode where Richard Simmons guest-stars on is some of the funniest TV in the last 50 years.  Try to watch the jet-ski scene and not laugh your ass off...

The one thing that's really annoying? All the Twitter prompts.

I like the British Whose Line because it seemed genuinely improv.  They didn't know what they were going to get.  It was spontaneous and funny and sometimes bad and awkward.

The few times I watched the Drew Carey one, it all seemed pre-planned and rehearsed.  Everything was fine tuned and smooth and all their songs rhymed perfectly.

I don't know, man.  Something just wasn't right there.....

Also, I think they need to drop Aisha's mic when she's laughing during skits. It's way too noticeable.

ZeroCorpse: Will it be the same three guys and a revolving forth guest the whole time like the American version?

I just wish they'd get more younger improvisers into the mix. I mean, I love(d) Colin and Ryan, but it's been a very long time... let somebody new have a chance. There is a huge network of improvisers out there. Go to Second City, iO, Annoyance, UCB, or even ImprovBoston (my home theater) or others and scout some new talent.

ZeroCorpse: Will it not be anywhere near as good as the British version? Will the host drag the whole thing down like Drew did on the first American version? Will it be the same three guys and a revolving forth guest the whole time like the American version?

PASS. The American version sucked compared to the British version.

That's like passing on a steak because the last one you had that was produced by a different restaurant was awful.

♫Oooooooooooh ay de di de di de di de di de diiiiiiii♫
I went onto fark.com one day
Saw a thread about me
panic flashed on my face
I thought I had to pee
I read the story 'bout myself,
I couldn't help but smile,
The headline was so spot on,
Why do I taste bile?

darth_badger: More fake stuff on TV ... yeah.

Don't worry, there's already a thread about the reality TV that you love so much here.  They're working greenlighting the new Fox reality show Who's Your Daddy? about orphans who are competing to be adopted by a prospective set of parents.

For everyone else, we'll be watching H-O-R-W-A-R-D.

Just an aside - my brother does a ton of improv and has acted with Wayne Brady on more than a couple of occasions.  He's not really fond of the guy because Brady ignores the rules of improv (i.e. playing off of each other) to do his own thing.

He's great on Whose Line though.
