Knowing the local geniuses who hold city office, they're going to end up criminalizing wearing a bathing suit or not wearing a bra.

I could see banning body paint, that's not covering anything up, only making it a different color, but as far as pasties go there's probably not much they can do about that. If people don't like it, they don't have to eat there.

Breasts are nice to look at and fondle, but let's get serious for a minute here. They are covered in bacteria and saliva, and because they protrude from a woman's body, they are more likely to slough some of the bacteria and dead skin cells and saliva-borne DNA into your food.

That's just not sanitary. Let's enjoy the boobs at home and enjoy our food at restaurants.

...I don't think any of the women are drooling on their own breasts. I might be wrong, though.

I like tits as much as the next guy but not when I'm trying to eat.

The place will close or make the girls wear shirts in a few months anyway. Very few guys are going to take their wife/gf to a place like that and why would guys go there by themselves when they could go to a topless bar and see uncovered tits instead. It will attract some business from curious people at first but overall it's a piss poor business model.

Such an amazing concept...... It baffles me why so many people struggle with the notion that you DON'T have to go to establishments you don't like !!!!!

Precisely. Hair is probably worse.

Regardless, when did exposure to foreign bacteria become a problem?

"Bacteria is *scary*". No. No it isn't. That's marketing woo used to plug magic soap to mouth-breathers. 90% of bacteria is harmless, beneficial or delicious...

/sub fails for lacking the pictorial evidence necessary to evaluate the degree of non-infraction...

I'm sure their hands have more saliva and bacteria on them than breasts. Unless they've just emerged, rather disheveled looking, from a closet with another person who also has a similarly post-coital appearance.

Even the germs and bacteria that are harmful is still good for you. Coming into contact with it is what keeps your immune system working. I get a kick out of these people who go around their house spraying everything with Lysol and bleach, to stupid to realize they're doing more harm than good.

If you understand this part:  If people don't like it, they don't have to eat there.

Then why bother thinking/typing this part:I could see banning body paint

How about just letting a private business run it how they want. People who want that sort of think will go, those who don't won't. Why does government have to get involved at all?

FTA: "If any business were to decide to become a licensed Sexually Oriented Business then none of this matters for that particular establishment, but it applies here because the complaints were about a business that is licensed as a regular restaurant," Lewisville Community Relations Manager James Kunke explained.

Because it's licensed as a bar/restaurant, not a sexual oriented business as stated in the article and body paint isn't an article of clothing. Their breasts are still bare, just a different color.
