Azabache, an Ossining High School educator, is reportedly accused of having sex with a 16-year-old female student twice between March 1 and July 1, although the crimes are said not to have taken place on school grounds or during school hours, but somewhere else within Ossining.

Lucky for him he won't have a long trip to prison. Sing Sing is right there in town.

See? When a dude does it it's "rape".

2013-07-14 05:27:46 PM
Also... something tells me the 92 year-old Italian grandmother wasn't actually too upset about this wedding being canceled.

And just so you Farkers are clear... that goofy looking dude was boning two chicks... and you aren't boning any.

They couldn't even confirm the accusation?

Whoopsie!! That dude must have felt pretty awkward when the cops showed up! His fiancé is gonna be pretty upset about this I can tell you that. I certainly wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall on their honeymoon night. Guarantee that broad's totally going to be like 'Nag, nag, nag!'

Sheesh, poor guy!

it's like getting charged with raaa-aaa-aaaape on your wedding day.

If the grandmother is from Italy, I'd understand why she'd think all men rape teenage girls.

Of course, all Italians are lying pieces of shiat, so what would she know?

I doubt he'll land there.  I believe there is a facility outside Ft Drum that gets about -40F in the winter.

THAT is where they will put him.

Teachers should have to abide by a zero pedophile tolerance. Teachers bang so many children they make catholic priests look like priests.

That would have been priceless! That is the kind of thing worthy of being a "viral video", not most of the junk that is, like stupid proposals and all the other stuff that is old and boring.

Yeah, no kidding. If he didn't do it, I'm sure he now wishes he had.

"It all just came out at the last minute," the bride's 92-year-old grandmother, Josephine DeLuccia told The Journal News and Lohud.com. "He always seemed like a nice guy. I don't know what happened. You men are all alike. You stink. I hope they send him to jail forever."

The near-centenarian added her granddaughter told her Friday morning, "Nanny, don't worry about me. I'm strong; I'll survive," and also shared she planned to hang at the movies with friends, rather than marry the alleged rapist.

If they can dump accused names out there, ruin lives, why the fark not the "victims"? Eh?  OH right, they might be ashamed. fark this shiat!

Apparently if a sex crime is suggested, you're GUILTY BEFORE PROVEN INNOCENT.

Guess we should just hang him now, would be easier that way. He's a man, probably guilty of raping someone, somewhere, and if he hasn't, he will.

2013-07-14 08:12:34 PM
Dude dodged a bullet.

2013-07-14 08:14:00 PM
I'm hard pressed to see why I should give a shiat about someone banging a willing 16 year old. It's time this country dropped the act and admit that teenagers like sex and are perfectly capable of making the choice to have is as much as adults are. I think we also need a uniform set of laws regarding age of consent in this country. How one age can be perfectly legal in one state and not in another is beyond me.

Statistics show that every man, every where, will rape somebody before you finish reading this sentence.

In cases like this, often the accuser is not actually the person who was getting poked. A parent, friend, or relative will often blow the whistle to authorities.

To be fair, if you use positions of power to do this, I do think you should be punished, but not necessarily rape rape. Lose your career and your significant other? No problems, there.

Good point. And thanks for making me realize that perhaps the chick wasn't the driving force (I can forget that sometimes).

And I agree. Use your position (no pun intended) to sleep with youngins'? That should be illegal. Rape? Not so much.

How many weddings are stopped at the last second because the future groom gets busted for rape?

It's so unusual that I can't blame her for thinking "Ya know what?  It just wasn't meant to be".

In fact, I'd go one step further.  Anyone who knows their prospective spouse got arrested on the day of the wedding for any type of crime, before the ceremony can take place, should just pull the plug on that relationship.   The universe is trying to give you a hint.

I mean, that may not be the case...

It just seems that the younger one is (we're talking ages where consent is a realistic possibility, obviously not the case when you're talking about "those" people), the more likely that a legal issue may be made of it. Obviously, nobody gives a damn if a 30 year old has sex out of wedlock if it is with another adult, but in that case accusations of rape (true or not) are generally made by the involved party.

Back when I was the local Child Support Agency lawyer, there was a warrant out for one of our deadbeats.  Well, he eventually came back to town to get married again.  His ex-wife called the cops and had him popped the night before the wedding.  New bride bailed him out and went ahead with the wedding. After their inevitable divorce she called me to biatch about him not paying support.  Her case went to the bottom of the stack and stayed there.

Todd Aiken was an idiot but and I'm simply surmising here, I think this is what is meant, the difference between statutory and forcible, IE "legitimate" rape when he was blathering on in the MO senate race

The rest of what he said was absolutely induced by mouth breathing.

Teachers should be punished for having sex with students but to immediately charge this guy with rape simply because she was under 17 is ridiculous.

/nope still sounds stupid

I was 14, she was 13 and much more experienced than I.  It lasted around four seconds.  Afterwards, I asked her if I did it right and she very kindly said, "Well, sometimes it takes longer than that."
