One of the main complainers about this is Consumer's Reports (as mentioned in the article, if anybody bothered to read it).  Unlike Dr. Oz, they don't tend to jump on the fad-of-the-month.  They wanted a tougher standard of 3 PPB as opposed to 10, but meh.

Warlordtrooper: How about zero arsenic.  Is that good?  Lets set the limit at zero arsenic.


Good luck finding any food to eat, or water to drink.
