Why yes, yes I believe you are correct. Ocean Front and probably worth WAY more than what they paid for it. I'm certain the new owner and his wife will be able to upgrade it so as to avoid having to deal with you plebeians.

What would it cost to move the house I wonder....If you can pay a company to move it to a better plot for less than $550K it still sounds like a good investment to me.
