I've made a pierogi pizza before. But mac and cheese just sounds too much.

There's got to be a at least one ethnic joke in there somewhere.

The phrase "Suck it Paleo, suck it long and hard" comes to mind.

The very idea of a low-carb pasta makes no sense whatsoever.

What's the point of mac-n-cheese pizza?  Yeah, they are both comfort/lazy foods, but they're completely different.  What's next, ribs encased in jello? Mashed potatoes and rice pudding?

What's the big deal? Cici's Pizza Buffet has had Mac & Cheese pizza for years now.

And some other interesting variants as well, including Buffalo Chicken (which Domino's now also has).

I'll see your wimpy mac-'n'-cheese pizza, and raise you spaghetti pizza:

And I'll see that, and raise you any of Pizza Hut's ludicrous creations, most of which are sold only overseas:

And their newest monstrosity, sold only in Singapore:

I've had mac n cheese pizza in a half a dozen college towns (first and best was Ian's in Madison) and now in Chicago. It's pretty awesome.

1. Go to Austin.
2. Run half-marathon.
3. Go to Gumby's Pizza.
4. Order extra-large pizza with french fries on top.
5. Eat pizza. All of it. Do not share.
6. Die happy.

One of the monsters cried because he couldn't get the Pizza Hut hot dog-stuffed crust. Is it available in the U.S. yet?

/Please no.
//He also wants that Singapore one. And he does have a passport. Good thing we're too poor for a plane ticket.

You've obviously never had the munchies.

Yuck. Is the sole definition of "pizza" these days "a large, flat piece of bread with ANYTHING on it"?

Pasta should never be combined with bread. Bread on the side, sure. But not at the same time.
