it sounds like she's always been a loose cannon, but this time she stepped over the line. How many times did her manager have to tell her the rules yet she insisted on operating by her own code. Well guess what, missy, that code of yours just got you your walking papers. I got the mayor breathing down my neck and reporters camping out on the front steps waiting to crucify me. Not to mention Sara's at her sisters with 3 sick kids and the insurance company is fighting me for the flooded basement. So I suggest you use this opportunity to clear your head, forget about the case, get your sh*t together AND GET THE F*CK OUT OF MY OFFICE NOW BEFORE I PERSONALLY DRAG YOUR ASS TO LOCK-UP!!!

Okay, as a dude who was raised in West Virginia, let me say this, 'the Walmart' is where things happen. Big city folk don't get this and to be honest, they don't get much.

I bet there's much more to this story. Was the dog there 5 minutes and some trifling' skank who recognized Cody's old lady's
Mazda and saw a chance to 'set shiat straight' cause Cody took her last monkey bar and Keystone before he went roofing for the day? Was the window actually closed or was it in a fixed position cause the knobs had been broken off and converted into a jury rigged on the go smoking pipe from which the dog got an equal share the whole time?

Don't over think what goes down at walmart, cause you either get it, or ya don't City boy.

Man... I love instant justice.

CSB (that nobody cares about):

Came home one night pretty late and startled my rescue Great Dane/Mastiff out of a sound sleep (hadn't had him that long and found later he didn't hear real well). He came after me from flopped on his bed to full speed in about 3 seconds. I would swear he realized it was me midair as the expression on his face changed. He still hit me pretty hard and knocked me back into the door.

I never bothered to lock my doors again.

/I miss that dog.
//And if you must know... I pissed myself a little when that happened.

Hagbardr: Malacon: Mike Chewbacca: It was 95 outside, probably 120 in the car

A car can hit 120, in the sun, on an 80 degree day.

If it was 95, it was most likely substantially hotter.

I've used a station wagon parked in full sun on a hot day to sterilize bedding and clothes while fighting a bedbug infestation. It works well.

I''m not zactly sure that's the kind of story you share to impress people

That first guy is doing it wrong.  I have one of those tools and hitting the center of the window will just get you a rebounding tool.  Aim for about an inch in from the corner, and all you'll need to do is tap.

You could totally teach a class. I know I'd sign up!

GreenSun: I think the employee was wrong this time. The owner can't obviously bring the dog inside the store so he left an opening in the window for the dog. A truly bad owner who doesn't care about his dog wouldn't even think about rolling down the window. That employee is overly sensitive, most likely because she loves dogs a lot. It's not something you call the police for. There are far worse crimes happening around the city and a dog in a car with an open window isn't a reason to call them. No matter where you are, if it's hot in your city, then it's hot wherever you go, even if you leave that dog inside the house.

Why don't more stores allow pets? They are cleaner and better behaved than most toddlers I see in public.
