Then they should probably get out of the games industry. That's like Doritos being anti-weed.

That's why I don't like special brownies. I eat them, get the munchies, eat more, get more munchies, eat more. etc. 3 friends and I cleared a whole pan in one night, and we were all ashamed the next morning.

Yep it's banned, but not just for the illicit drug use. It's apparently more for the anal probing you can perform.

State of Decay was also recently banned for illicit drug use (specifically drug use that helps the player and provides an incentive to use it, namely morphine).

Too luck-based.  The entire point was get to where you could afford a max load of cocaine and then hope you get the "cocaine bust, prices skyrocket" event a bunch of times before you ran out of days.

Drinking too much and falling down in GTA IV was something most players tried once then avoided. It had the entertainment value of, say, mining in Mass Effect II, without the benefits.

Whaaaaaa?! You say the bank is too luck-based (a constant increase every day) and you go with the entirely luck-based cocaine bust?! You get there easily by goin in the bank, then you throw that amount in the bank.

None of my friends could beat me until I told them how the bank actually works (they thought it would just stay there not doing anything).

That's what I did.  Have just enough cash on hand to buy a full load, put anything left in the bank.

Wow, those are some whiny motherfarkers.  I get the whole thing about not blocking the sidewalk, but they're biatching about people parking in their own driveways even when they're not blocking the sidewalk.  "Oh, it would be so much prettier if we didn't have to see these cars!  Why don't these people plant gardens and put benches there instead?"

There's a part (I just skimmed through some photos) where he mentions those aren't driveways because the places have 0 easements, so their property line actually ends at their front wall.

Those cars are supposed to be inside of the garage and not on/blocking the sidewalk.

// One of those "you shouldn't do this because it's fineable" things, but it's too widespread to enforce, and the fine is just $100.

// don't live in San Francisco so don't care.

And the CA vehicle code.

22500. No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a peace officer or official traffic control device, in any of the following places:

(f) On any portion of a sidewalk, or with the body of the vehicle extending over any portion of a sidewalk, except electric carts when authorized by local ordinance, as specified in Section 21114.5. Lights, mirrors, or devices that are required to be mounted upon a vehicle under this code may extend from the body of the vehicle over the sidewalk to a distance of not more than 10 inches.

might have been looking at a different one, the one I was referring to they say that the cars are "probably" covering part of the easement.  I don't live in SF, either, but I visit there frequently enough and I would hate to own a car in that town.  L.A. traffic might suck, but at least I've got parking for my truck and motorcycle.

Which brings us back to the subject at hand... I'm looking forward to the game, marijuana or not, it's always fun playing games set in this town.
