I'm sure all their in-store music systems will go silent for this.

Remember, when Sam Walton died his kids took over and ran the company their way. Lets see how this plays out and how many years it takes them to be just as hated by the masses.

The masses hate Wal-Mart? They sure have a funny way of showing it.

I like target. I don't feel I have to carry around a katana for my own safety.

People hate themselves for meeting $15 toothless hookers in grocery store parking lots. Doesn't mean they won't go through with it.

And I don't have to get all gussied-up like I do for a trip to wal-mart.

The Dayton family hasn't been involved in running Target in decades.

I bet Mr. Dayton's coffin is cleaner, shinier and more stylish than the one Sam Walton was buried in, and his pallbearers are smart, pleasant people.

I hate retail stores! I only shop at obscure indie places, you've probably never heard of them.

When I worked at Target, the slogan was actually about the employees. "Expect more, pay less."

The Dayton family has little if any ownership in Target these days.  Hell Minnesota Governor Dayton (yes - part of the family) did not forgo his governors salary and only made 670k on his investments last year.
