If that sells for 800k, someone is seriously retarded.  An original Back to the Future DeLorean sold for 541k at auction.  What would you rather have?

This is just something that NEVER comes around.
And while I want it PRETTY DAMN BAD, I'll still have to get it at a great price.

Why do I have the feeling that whoever spends the 800K on this will be a 1%er who still somehow needs to do layoffs, get subsidized by the government, and/or pay living wages?

hammettman Carroll Shelby would be so ashamed of you

Fiction Fan It's not like most of his money comes from a reality show...I dunno why those "American Pickers" bother me more

I wouldn't spend 800,000 on it, but if I happened to be at a party and the host happened to own it, I just might slip away and spend a little quality time wearing it, naked. Because why not.

In a high school film class we had to watch the car chase several times and list the anomalies - the other car lost about 6 hubcaps. Steve McQueen's car had mag wheels. Watch it on youtube - it will still give you vertigo - it's a great chase.

Why would Shelby give a rat's ass about a slow 390GT?
