You see.....for those of you that have never traveled along I-95 through the SC/NC border, there is a Chantilly group of shops called "South of the Boarder" and there are hundreds of signs advertising the place.  The signs are really lame, the shops are equally lame, but it's one of those things you do while traveling I-95.
