If you're rich, just use a condom and/or cum on the tits. If she gets pregnant you know who the father is: not you.

Thus when crazy gold diggers get crazy, you can just let dig their own grave of lies. It's satisfying for everyone involved. This story? This story is so boring I am experiencing a tingling in my left arm, not from a cardiac event but because I was so bored I jammed two wires into my wrist and hooked up a 1.5v battery to see what would happen.

Advice for rich women to avoid crazy, manipulative dudes? Date me. EIP.

She said she would not have had the abortion if she knew he was lying

So much to hate here.

Getting a woman pregnant then threatening her and bribing her with a fake offer of a 300,000 dollar payout in order to coerce her into having an abortion is douchebaggery of the highest order.

/Or lowest, you know what I mean.

Can't really have any sympathy for woman here either, because she took the deal.

These are both terrible people.

2013-07-06 09:28:30 PM
Morality aside: this woman is an idiot. Given that he can't afford to wait you out, time is your friend. Make him pay the money up front, THEN have the abortion, dumbass!

Is a contract to pay a woman to have an abortion enforceable, beyond the medical bill? Courts like to stay out of that sort of thing. For example, you can't sue over a broken promise to have children. (At least in my state, but I think that's the usual rule.)

Make him pay the money up front, THEN have the abortion, dumbass!

Depends on whether the contract is considered enforceable, voidable, or void ab initio because it is against public policy. In the last case courts will not order a refund if she doesn't get an abortion.

They needed a mutually trustworthy escrow agent.

Yeah, well structuralist anthropology was kind of stupid anyway.

This. Get the money first.

Is there a written contract?  Any evidence besides this woman's allegations?

This sounds like the script for "Arthur 3."

2013-07-06 09:47:16 PM
Honestly, I find this hilarious. That she's suing for such a sum suggests a desire to use the pregnancy for her own gain. Then, of course, you add in the complete douche of a would be father and... my God, it's full of trolls.

2013-07-06 09:48:15 PM
The man s a Douchecanoe, Nimtz class.

She should have just had that baby, but that's just like, my opinion, man.

If it were me (and this seems like a totally sweet deal so I would definitely go for this), I'd say give me the money upfront, and we're writing up a contract with very specific language that I can use as blackmail to the media if you decide not to go through with it. Blackmail is a powerful thing. As I understand the situation, there was no contract, just a verbal agreement, which obviously means nothing.

Actually, if she was a gold digger, wouldn't she have demanded the money up front, then refused to follow through and sued the bastard for child support?

Unless she has something in writing or a witness, I doubt she has a legal leg to stand on.  If it goes to a jury, though, they'll give her the money.

Courthouse News Service has many more quotes from the lawsuit.  I suspect the woman wrote much of it herself; hard to believe a lawyer would be this melodramatic.

http://www.courthousenews.com/2013/07/05/59100.htm

"Plaintiff's reliance on Haas' and Does' representations was justified because plaintiff did not, nor did she ever expect, that another human being would stoop so low and blatantly lie like Haas and Does did. Plaintiff did not expect that defendants had a secret intent or common plan and scheme to defraud her," the complaint states.

So apparently there were at least two unknown persons (Does) present when this promise was made.  Wonder what fish they're sleeping with now?

Actually, I think she's lying.

2013-07-06 10:04:48 PM
"but she said she needed to take time to think about it as she was 45 and feared it could be her last chance to get pregnant "

She would have made a great mom.
And by "great mom" I mean she would have sued him for millions in child support.
I really hope she loses this case.

What a tool.

When I look at the cesspit, the absolute flaming Gehenna of what passes for relationships and reproduction norms these days, I am SO glad that I have already sent my stellar DNA into the future and that I am not in the market for a barracuda.

A baby out of wedlock would shame the family? Seriously?

2013-07-06 10:14:38 PM
Should've gotten it in writing. No pity, whatsoever. Not to mention that if she DID have a child, it sounds like she is the type of woman who would extort that family for the rest of her natural life when it came to child support. Personally, I believe that the heir dodged a bullet. Her attempt at getting an "easy" $300k from him by aborting a child (which, something tells me, she would've done the same thing for a lot less) which may or may not have been his.

/the crazy, she gots it

Considering some of the things you've said to me (and others) in the past, I'm not sure you can legitimately claim that...

I guess that was too far. Doesn't really pop. Should have tried for "shocking" or something like that, but it doesn't work in this context. Who calls hands "manipulators" right? First joke in the morning after a piss up always sucks.

Bashar and Asma's Infinite Playlist: A baby out of wedlock would shame the family? Seriously?

My brother's wife was pregnant with their second child on their wedding day.  My older sister was pregnant with their second child on their wedding day.  So when my little sister got married and there was no baby or pregnancy, I gave her a hard time for shaming the family by breaking what was obviously a tradition.

I was happy when my niece had their baby attend as part of the wedding party when she got married.  It's good when the younger family members revive a tradition.

I have an odd family.

The oddest part of that to me is that they all got married to begin with.

If he's so rich, why is he banging 45 year olds and not 20 year olds?

It's a better world without either of them breeding.

I assume she lets him do really weird shiat in the bedroom in addition to working around the clock to simulate 20 year old perk and vigor.

Thats what I usually do.   I just fake the first one..  ARrhhrhahhahahha..   wait two minutes go at it again and then they let you do whatever becaus they checked to make sure they were at optimum ovulation peak and think you already fertilized them..  then you just lay your load all over their back or whatever.  If anyone questions, just say you have always been able to go twice.

She should have just faked getting the abortion... then, before she starts to show too much, bam, she got a new job and it requires travel. work work work. it sucks.  Then, you pop one out and then collect 25,000 a month child support.

No. you collect the money, then disappear, then pop out the kid, then go for child support.
If he asks you about the money, you say 'what money'   and just make sure you buried it somewhere.

Whats he going to do, go public... HAHAHAHAH
