Arresting your political opponents is something that cannot be done in the name of Democracy

Wait, you mean a modern state doesn't want to live under a fundamentalist dictatorship?
Who knew!?

How about arresting a president who declares that his actions are not subject to the constitution, and attempts to strong arm the judiciary? Is that still ok?

There are charges against the two others.
"Badie and Shater are accused of inciting violence that led to deadly clashes between anti-government demonstrators and Morsi supporters. Morsi was reported to be in custody, and it appeared authorities were tightening the circle on Brotherhood members. "

Now, if these people are put on trial and not summarily executed, that may not prove democracy, but at least the rule of law.

The Mormon Brotherhood is washed up. If you put them up against Bayern München, Barcelona or Manchester -- really who's going to stay up late to watch them in the World Cup.

And 'Murica goes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, and overthrows Morsi for not being nice, even with all the bribes the U.S. government was giving them.

The Egyptians don't care about the finer points of democracy. No Egyptian government is safe until they magically create millions of high status, good paying jobs for all the young men that can't afford brides.

Egypt's high unemployment rate/reduction of subsidized consumer goods led to the downfall of Mubarak and now Morsi.

Egypt's economy and middle class would have to grow faster than China's somehow to bring stability.

To be fair, that's more than what Morsi got.  He was just lucky his political opponents were in too much disarray to gang up against him.

I want to be the new leader of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Is it a problem that I'm Christian?

I had a great job in India once.
Had to quit, born left handed.

Me! Me!!!!
Oooh,ooohh...ME!
I can do this!
I knew some pretty cool Persians who were Muslim, religion was never a problem, and I've been non-theist all my life.
I swear they were not even as pushy as those god bother jerks I have to order off my property about twice a year.
I think I'll just start setting fire to their cars.
I'd be an atheist, but I'm just not that religious.

Just so long as the next President is allowed to stake Hillary out in the front yard of the palace, covered in honey near an ant's nest.
