...and if they're going to be up their own bums, best they have a video camera handy.

By now you could probably walk in with a stedi-cam.

That's good advice.  They should let me be uWHOA, Lohan and Bynes?  Never mind, be eaten by your asses, carry on, whatever.

Hero tag?

Well, if they're to join club 27 they're both eligible. At least age wise. I don't know if they're talented enough.

Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes to Helen Mirren: "Speak English, you old coont."

Cue Byne's "Helen Mirren is ugly" tweets in 3...2...1...

/At least Lohan seems like she's trying to get her shiat together.

Sounds like 'asshat' to me.

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Lindsay, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Amanda, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Amanda, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Lindsay, get down on your knees so Amanda can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Amanda, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

I WAS only going to post the latter part of that, starting with "Don't just stare at it," but, come on...that's a good speech.

wholedamnshow: Hero tag?

Yes. The shiat being fed to girls/young women is atrocious, to say the least. Se goes for young men. Someone needs to be frank about it and call it out, yet few if any do, due to bad press, movies coming out etc. Kudos Dame.

Helen Mirrin just dropped some wisdom there, and I have no issues with her statement.

Self obsessed, egotistical and such like.

I presume it's derived from the notion of being a kiss-ass, only this is the self-fellating version.

Caught "Red" on cable the other night and was pleasantly surprised. Much more entertaining than I was expecting.

Aye, it means head up your ass. Several decades ago, I met a group of people - way smarter than I - who, upon hearing someone obviously suffering from 'head in own ass syndrome' - would declare: 'What's that muffled sound?' I kinda hoped it would catch on, but sadly I have not heard it in a long time... ^¡^

Amanda's been tweeting that she's trying to get her weight down to 100 lbs, yeesh. How's she gonna attract a brother with a bony butt? I thought she was well-versed in hip hop culture.

The Expendables was fun. Much better than the "How many aging action hero taglines can we squeeze into one movie" Expendables 2.

In order 1)The Losers 2)Expendables 3)RED 15)Expendables 2... no, really, there has to be at least a dozen other "make the Boomers feel better about their gray hair" movies than Expendables 2, and Hollywood just started making them a few years ago.  In fact, take out The Losers and lump it in with A-Team(which it was also better than).
