None of this is being done for the benefit of the Shareholders or Customers.   I will not buy a Dell after this is completed.

Icahn has an estimated worth of $20 billion, and apparently that's not enough for him.  Why haven't we seized upon him as a mob, torn apart his intestines, and distributed his hoarded wealth to the people, again?

We'd prefer he just pay his share of taxes and not be able to arbitrage income as capital gains.
