Lord Jubjub: Montana, North and South Dakotas in the top four. Do I sense a theme here?
antidisestablishmentarianism: I'm doing my part to get that top spot. At least we beat Missouri.
jakrabit: Still number 1 in brandy consumption...
gozar_the_destroyer: jakrabit: Still number 1 in brandy consumption...I am #1 in Brandi consumption!

thurstonxhowell: On average, each American over the age of 21 drank a little less than one 12-ounce beer per day in 2012,Hurray! I'm above average at something!
Incorrigible Astronaut: antidisestablishmentarianism: I'm doing my part to get that top spot. At least we beat Missouri.Same here. We brew a lot of great stuff here... who isn't drinking it?
berylman: I would be afraid to find out what my average consumption of beer per day would be...some days it's 0 and some days it's like 15. I am sure North Carolina is real proud of me.
DubtodaIll: Does North Carolina still have that "you can only buy 9 cases of beer at a time law". I hated that law in college.
catmandu: Does Sprecher's Hard Root Beer count? (It is brewed and about 4% abv) That stuff is really tasty and smooth and makes a great RB float.
KarmicDisaster: catmandu: Does Sprecher's Hard Root Beer count? (It is brewed and about 4% abv) That stuff is really tasty and smooth and makes a great RB float.I bought some of that, I hate it! What's wrong with me! I guess it is real popular though.
Molavian: You're not counting Wisconsinites under 21?
Djembe: I got the shiat kicked out of me in Wisconsin once, forget it!
winchester92: The New Hampshire numbers are skewed because it's based on sales volume vs population. Everyone there knows that NH has the lowest alcohol taxes and beer prices in New England, plus no sales tax or deposit either. A huge amount of those sales go to non-residents driving over the border to shop, especially people from Massachusetts.
