Hahaha nice.

/don't get why anyone needs to 'take pride' in their 'country's' accomplishments. Did I invent anything? No.

Everybody needs to justify to themselves why they live in whatever dreadful place they do. Often these reasons are provided by local propagandists economic and tourism development councils. This delusion is what some call "patriotism".

Yay Canada, and don't ever forget that America is teh -suxx0rs- 'cause Sam the Eagle is the ultimate representation of how most Americans are!

/Americans bash themselves to prove how sincere we are!

That was awesome 'Canada is almost 200 miles across...'. LOL, Fozzie. Of course, it WAS a subtle dig at American attitudes of supremacy, it's why Sam was chosen to be the one who farked it all up.

At the 2:06 mark is the first performance where I've seen Kermit below the Muppet. Get your crap together, Henson company.

buntz: Wrong sounding Muppets

Sadly this.

Brian can't do a convincing Kermit. Jim *was* Kermit (and Ernie).

Jerry Nelson and Richard Hunt...gone as well.

I know the Muppets is a brand but the actors are too tied tothe charaters to make it comfortable when they change.

Same goes for the people who "take over" or do reprises like Rick Skye did for Madame after Wayland Flowers died. Close but no cigar. The timing and timbre are off.

Just let them go...

You know how Japan was all awesome and powerful in the 80s, buying up everything, and the US was all defensive and stuff? And now Japan is like the 40 something divorced brother living in a apartment because his ex took everything? And now South Korea is the hip younger brother that made it big and is outshining his older brother?

That's how I feel about Canada.

I like the Poutine act with the Swedish chef better.

I'm pretty sure you have your own rightwing nutjobs, thanks.  Also, you have Quebec, which is kinda sorta like a Florida of your own, only with a different language, which you will use or else!
