I wish I could find it. I have a plate insert I took from the McDonald's in the Malaysian airport at Kuala Lumpur (right next to Singapore).

The short... McDonald's doesn't suck everywhere. In fact, the food there was pretty good actually. The insert talks about the imported potatoes they use to make the fries, the special sea salt they use, and how painstakingly they make the food.

CSB part: We had some people from Malaysia come here to visit and they wanted to go to McDonald's. They thought it tasted like cardboard too and wondered if America was too poor to have good fast food.

I told them to give it a few years, and their McDonald's will suck just as much as ours do.
