This will be a day long remembered.

I really don't see a Klingon band playing the cello, banjo and tonga drums*. I picture a Klingon band leaning more towards death metal. But maybe that's the joke.

* I probably got all those instrument names wrong but you get my meaning

See, Trek and War can co-exist.

Actually the Klingons would be big in Opera style performances, since that would be the best venue for telling the stories of great battles from the past. Then the whole crowd go to the nearest bar and sing drinking songs.

I picture them a lot like Vikings I guess.

Credit where its due...at lest it was a full Wookie suit. I was kinda expecting some attention whore in a bikini and furry arm & leg bands, calling herself a Wookie.

2013-06-30 11:11:32 AM
Wow... That's a serious belly dancer in that Wookie suit, to be able to get torso rolls to show that distinctly.

Sweet Lord Voldemort on a pogo stick that was weird.

Is that Klingon music or are banshees tuning up their instruments for a wash-tub band dirge?

Coincidentally, this is what the first human to hear Klingon music said shortly before he died.

When I saw the headline I thought "il Troubadore" had to be it.  These guys (and gals) are insanely talented, play music in at least 15 languages, Klingon being one of them.  The Wookiee music is new to me.  Geekery and Belly Dance tends to go together fairly well.

Star Trek is the future and in this galaxy, Star Wars is in the past and another galaxy, far, far away.  Completely illogical. Like allowing 1/7 of your population to go nuts over sex at any time.

Is the dancer available for a private dance in the tronya room?
Yes, but you must pay in cold-pressed latinum.

Moonfisher- actually, the vocals reminded me of some Mothers of Invention vocals.  But, I've always said that FZ may be the only current artist still relevant in 500 years.
