brownlady79: Hey  Soosh, what was the name of the previous song? Abercrombie of Waterloo?

Abercrombie Had A Zombie, by Fats Waller.

Thanks! I need to add it to my playlist RIGHT NOW before I forget.

Thanks, ST. I like hearing that from my favorite music lover! I don't know anyone who can pull up YouTube music so quickly and make it fit what we're talking about. You'd be a great DJ!

Retired from the DJ gig, but still love it.

I thought you had memorized You Tube

soosh: SuperTramp: soosh

I played alto and tenor sax for about five or six years. Someday I want to take it back up. Right now, I can't afford a good tenor, which is what I would like to play. Hell, I can't afford a sh*tty tenor at this moment.

That's a damned shame.

Well, I could afford one if I stopped buying camera lenses and weed.  but, you know, priorities.

Greedy confession: I'd prefer you spend your money doing whatever it is that keeps my Saturday evening radio show (kinda) on schedule. So, unless you plan live acapella sax, I'd appreciate your not rattling my fragile little reclusive beer-soaked world. Thank you.

If you're entertaining requests, soosh, I watched a Marley documentary the other night and they paid special attention to "Simmer Down" by the Wailers.  What a great song!

I just got home from working a large, hillbilly wedding, full of West Virginians, where the groom ended up getting in a fight with one of the guests. Not sure what I want to hear, but something mellow to accompany the beers I'm drinking right now to unwind. Great show BTW.

That's good to here.  I wish I could say the same, but I haven't set foot in the country yet this summer.  Lots of lacrosse and graduation stuff to attend to.  Hoping that I can get a few hikes in during the next couple weeks and August, but college stuff with the two older kids will probably interfere.

Have you been taking pics of your adventures?
