It is his fault he didn't lock the garage.

I hear it drove like a bullet.

The guy was a terrible driver, he was so bloody nearsighted.

I dunno...Im not such a fan of that model. Besides being a terrible color, the aesthetics just dont work for me.

Blue? There is only one color for a Ferrari

Lennon owned a Ferrari?
What a 1%er.

It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.

The 330 GT was a 2+2 design that, while not as exciting as say, the 250 GTO, was a viable GT car that could haul 4 people and their luggage.
The example shown has some kind of nonsense on the front fender that, unless this was a one off, was not a common body feature. Ferraris of that vintage were generally, pretty much, function over design,
The "Lennon" factor will drive the price up but, someone that wants an original 330GT will probably pass on this one.

Imagine no possessions....

/Although I hear the Dakota is really slumming it.

Imagine a grammatically correct headline

I don't think you can simmonize  the Yoko stank out of those seats.

That is a much more attractive car than the fiberglass shiatboxes they've been turning out for the last couple decades.

$46000 in 2013 dollars for a brand new Ferrari is something you don't see much any more.

I'm from Fark and I ridicule Ferraris, especially John Lennon's Ferrari.   MY car is far sweeter. I'd NEVER be seen in a heap like that!

You're thinking of Steve McQueen.

All you need is love...

And a British estate.
And a suite at The Dakota.
And a Rolls Royce.
And a Ferrari.
And enough money to last 10 lifetimes.

Got it.

pounddawg: Blue? There is only one color for a Ferrari

Of course you mean red. However, for some models and years a yellow or black may be acceptable as well.

A black Testarossa is quite nice, as is a yellow 360 Modena.

Mixolydian Master: Imagine no possessions...

No possessions for Joe Average citizen.  Many possessions for John Lennon, Al Gore, and others who preach a bare-bones lifestyle but actually live quite well.

CoonAce: What a hypocrite Lennon was.

Yup -- quintessential limousine liberal.
