I can see where this will go tomorrow.

"The Lions defense didn't step back and let him run, they obviously hate flood victims!"

It doesn't matter whether they try to stop him or not.  I predict a big game out of Cornish tonight.

Yards? Not meters? Do they also convert into CAD from USD?

Is there an over/under yet on how many plays Tate completes before he is out for the season again?

You spelled 'Buck Pierce" wrong.

And yes, I'm surprised he survived last night.

USD and CAD have been about the same for years.

It was so nice to see football on NBCSports last night.  I turned it on in the bar and got lots of hisses but fark them.

Years ago, I used to drink with an older guy that loved college football. When Arena was televised more, we'd play a game: $20 per correct answer... guess where the player went to college. It was one of the most fun trivia games I've ever played because you gotta be quick on the draw plus a farking degenerate like me who knows players on Middle Tennessee State.

And I would have gotten Cornish and Tate correct as far as the players listed in that article.  Where's my $40?!

I was impressed for a moment that you got a non-import CFL player (i.e.: a Canadian) right, then I remembered he went to Kansas University.  For some reason, I thought he went to Western.  As a Stamps fan, (and huge Cornish fan), I hang my head in shame.

I have $40 for you, but it's payable in beers at a Stamps tailgater, and you have to come to Calgary to collect.

While Pierce is the CFL Gold Standard for being injury prone, Tate has hasn't managed to play 3 games in a row without getting injured in a couple of years, so that question still stands.

First drive done and Cornish is giving $450 already. Maybe he does want that record.

So, either $1720 (rushing only) or $1920 (rushing + receiving) Either way, a nice little donation!
