Hes as bad as one of the Boston Bomber Brothers.

2013-06-27 12:48:28 PM
Lloyd was the snitch.

Temper, temper.  Tsk, tsk.

If true, Aaron can forget about the rest of his life; not to mention his footballing career.

2013-06-27 12:50:50 PM
Hard to believe he was smart enough to get away with one and then do everything but kill a guy on camera and post it to Facebook the second time.

2013-06-27 12:51:03 PM
Wow. I went from thinking this guy was some trigger happy dumbass to thinking he's a mass murdering sociopath that needs to be put down.

Impressive.

"But there are hundreds of unsolved murders in Boston."
"You don't know when to keep your mouth shut, do you, Saxxy Boy Hernandez?"

Authorities are looking to question some of Hernandez' associates:

Is this 'piling on potential charges to get the suspect to talk' or is he really a suspect in this double shooting?   I can't  tell, however the Patriots clearly think he's not worth supporting.

2013-06-27 12:53:19 PM
Really? They didn't suspect him before this? Because his actions in the Lloyd murder came up just short of calling 911 and letting them know he killed a guy.

2013-06-27 12:53:33 PM
Hell, it wouldn't surprise at this point if Urban Meyer was telling NFL teams "the guy is a great athlete and a first round talent, but he's pretty homicidal and sociopath-y. I kinda worry about him".

By next week I am expecting him to be responsible for both the 9-11 attacks and the Oklahoma City bombings.

Well, he does hate the Jets.

When you are a 2nd round talent that falls to the 4th round for character issues and you threaten a veteran team member in the beginning of your rookie season, Wes Welker, you aren't going to have the best odds of a productive life much less an NFL career.

The real question is how did he and Tebow co-exist while at Florida? You'd think that those two would not be on speaking terms at all.

Matching shell casings?

Maybe they found a connection between the gun used to kill Lloyd and the one from the previous murder.

He managed to get away with it once and then with Lloyd write the textbook on How Not to Get Away with Murder?  Hmm.

That is what I'm thinking.

It amazes me when somebody is tied to different murders because they used the same gun for multiple murders. I would think once you use a gun to either kill somebody or try to kill somebody, you would throw it into the nearest large body of water you can find.

You have to keep an eye on profit margins.

Every time you get a new weapon;
1) you increase risk by engaging in the transaction, more so if you're using a different source,
2) you don't know the history of the new weapon,
3) you have to test the new weapon,
4) it's a new piece of evidence which can be linked back to you.

/would still ditch a dirty piece

It's pretty clear that Hernandez isn't exactly a master criminal.

Once again, a Patriot is caught because of videotape.

This is why Ray Lewis walked; no recordings.

my hate for the school in Ohio is about tradition, even though a lot of us on both sides come from similar backgrounds and are more alike than different.

I never liked that coach when he was with Florida, and it's kind of uncomfortable to have more actual dislike for the school in Ohio due to that guy. I wish they had a coach we could simply dislike for being from that school.

Or Lloyd pointed the police in the direction of Hernandez (you can't trust anyone anymore) and he needed to be silenced.

Six men came to kill me one time. And the best of 'em carried this. It's a Callahan full-bore auto-lock. Customized trigger, double cartridge thorough gauge. It is my very favorite gun.  I call it Vera.

so, he kills some one last year. hires a cleaning crew to hide evidence. realizes the cleaning crew knew too much and decides to off them. what has the surviving person from last year said?

OtherLittleGuy: Once again, a Patriot is caught because of videotape.

that's brilliant!!!!

you have to wonder how Belichick will react when the seasons starts.  after Spygate, he served up a delicious plate of EAT MY ASS, NFL, destorying teams left and right.  that was the year where Vegas was setting ridiculous point spreads, like 11, 13, i think one might have been in the high teens (if not higher, which is just ludicrous at the NFL level) and the Pats were still crushing teams by like, 20-30.

problem is he doesn't have those weapons.  or does he even care?  every coach wants to win, but Belichick seemd to take Spygate personally.  wonder if he does so wtih this.

I've seen this paragraph showing up a lot in stories about Hernandez:
.
During the draft, one team said it wouldn't take him under any circumstances, and he was passed over by one club after another before New England picked him in the fourth round. Afterward, Hernandez said he had failed a drug test in college - reportedly for marijuana - and was up front with teams about it.

I'm wondering what those scouts found out and why they were so quiet about it

2013-06-27 01:32:57 PM
So, based on all the "evidence" that's been pushed out to the public...if I understand correctly, they found a gun on the road near Hernandez's house, but it's not the murder weapon.  However, it contains bullet casings that match others find in his SUV.

Maybe the gun is a match to the bullets fired in 2010.

And I agree that Lloyd was probably talking to people about that knew the '10 vicitims.

Man, just when this looked like a simple NFL thug kills a person, this turns into a legit TrueTV miniseries.

I've firmly moved into the camp that he is/was a high ranking member of the Latin Kings

balfourk: The real question is how did he and Tebow co-exist while at Florida? You'd think that those two would not be on speaking terms at all.

I was thinking about this yesterday as I heard the murder charges. Tebow; for all the things we rip him for as a football player, is still a good, decent human being. You'd think that someone with such a positive approach would have had  some influence on Hernandez. But it just sounds to me like Hernandez is a corrupted person with no morals and sometimes, there's just no way for anyone to get through to someone with those problems.

Sounds like it's not a gun but a car that's got him in the extra trouble.  From CNN:

What is known is that the Boston Police Department has located and impounded a silver SUV with Rhode Island registration that police have been trying to find for almost a year, that's linked to the scene of a double homicide in 2012, the source said.

I can get behind that theory.
