Okay let's scrap the tax code for a graduate tax rate of 5% on the first 40,000, and an increase of 5% on double the last tax bracket. So that it is 10% on 80,000, 15% on 160,000, 20% on 320,000, 25% on 740,000, etc ...

The catch is no deduction, no separate corporate tax rate and all money that comes into your possession is considered income, no matter the source. In other words no separate capital gains tax. You buy it good for you, you sell it at a profit we tax the profit, you sell it at a loss too bad so sad sucks to be you we tax the income.
