Nowhere in TFA does it say he stole anything.

Dominick Andrew Giordano accused of trying to open door of pick-up truck

Trying to open a door is felony burglary? I feel like we may be missing some information here.

"Giordano works as a chef at the Gleneagles Country Club in Delray Beach, according to the arrest report."

Or at least he did work as a chef. I wonder if the locker rooms there have had a rash of thefts recently.

"Giordano faces one felony count of burglary. "

WTF? He didn't even get anything, he didn't even get into the vehicle. They're gonna throw a felony charge at him? I know they'll most likely let him plea it down to a misdemeanor, but still.

Crocs are like Comic Sans: there is nothing wrong with them; they are simply misused.

The original Crocs are pretty goofy, but their Vans-style shoes are nice.

Hey now! This isn't a uniformed cop getting 2 weeks off paid for shooting an unarmed civilian. We can't tolerate lawlessness.

Crocs... the comb-over of shoes.

I never understood the bad rap Crocs got from everyone.  I've had my pair for 8 years and they've held up really well.  They are perfect for wearing around the dock or on the boat and they don't really look that stupid...at least not bermuda shorts with black socks pulled up to your knees stupid.

But that requires putting a thing between your toes.  That's almost as bad as a hot poker up the ass in my book.

There's nothing wrong with crocs.  Mine are "tan" colored.  I chose them because they did not look like a gay pride parade float.  And they work great for outdoor activity in the garden.  I think the stop liking what I don't like image is needed here.

Agreed. I simply can't wear flip-flops for that very reason. That and I have to walk funny to keep them from falling off.

Crocs flipflops are great.  Much better than the usual foam slabs you pick up at walmart.  I haven't warmed up to the rest of their product line yet.

If you wear crocs, it doesn't surprise me that you would also wear slippers to the store.

Look guys, I'm just busting balls because I'm killing time. I'm no fashion King myself.

Although apparently no one noticed, I said Crocs are great for gardening - unfortunately the same cannot be said for flip-flops, because there is NO toe protection which is essential when kneeling on dirt or yard debris...

I have hated all flip-flops I ever wore, no matter how well-made they are. I find the thong between the toes uncomfortable, they slip, and all of them managed to cut the skin of my feet at one time or an other.

Actually, crocs are the only summer shoes I can stand to wear. But my God are they ugly ! They do make perfect beach shoes, though, especially for shingle beaches. I also use them in stead of slippers at home.

I recently bought a pair of Crocs and have worn them once - to walk around a shelter on the Appalachian Trail after 15 miles of hiking. Wearing them beat the fark out of walking barefoot in the mud after taking off the hiking boots. I wouldn't wear them in public, but as gardening shoes or in the aforementioned situation they serve quite well.

stop hating on crocs.
I love mine they are 7 years old, camouflage, and I wear them all the time.
plus I could give a shiat what people think.

I also live in south dakota, where the people of walmart look pretty!

My father had horrible swelling in his feet and wore huge crocs to protect them around the house the last few years of his life. His feet/legs leaked fluid constantly and I had to change/wrap them 3 times a week. He wore the size 17 ones when he had the wraps on,due to the width(although they were long) also  had a smaller pair and one of Dawgs in case his feet needed a smaller fit some days.
