toetag: My mother swears she went to school with her in Albany.  I've no idea if it's true or not.  However, my mother can't stand her.  If you turn any of Paula's show on, you have to talk mom down from kicking the TV over.

I had to check her bio. She was born in Albany, Ga.

I was thinking you meant Albany, NY, and wanted to know how insane your mom is.

InmanRoshi: I'm calling bullshiat.     We've already seen how this lady fetishizes The South, and there's nothing they love to do more than swap hardship stories of the Reconstruction.

I've spent time in Vietnam, and they don't spend a fraction of the time self pitying their hardships from a  war that ended 35 years ago as the American South do wallowing in a war that happened 150 years ago (and they're still still feeling the daily legacy of Agent Orange and undetonated ordinance).

I wasn't aware we used Agent Orange in the Civil War.

/I know we didn't but your phrasing makes it seem we did and so thanks for the LOL

Crewmannumber6: The most American of activities: kicking someone when they're down. Not saying I agree with anything she's said or done, but not

piling on.

I'm wondering if I saw what you did there.
