WTF is the deal with an eight episode "season"? It's been three years! It took three years to make eight episodes? Really? I love hate Hammer-Publick so much.

He wasn't found by the National Zoo, he was found by a woman who put this on Twitter:

Red panda in our neighborhood! 20th NW and Biltmore. Please come save him!  @nationalzoo1

Red pandas are just the best at being awesome and adorable.

Possibly the cutest critters on the planet, besides Momonga..

Are you just now catching on that each season takes 2 years to work on (I think the commentary for season 2 said something about using an older animating style?) and since season 3 they release 8, then break, then 8 more?

Why you no pay attention?

I lived with rehab raccoons (a couple of whom were "free range" in the house, and nothing in that video is even slightly strange or even unusual to me)

/Maybe I have indeed had an awesome life from time to time.

Don't you dare try to quell my outrage with facts, logic, and reason. I'm outraged!

My co-workers and significant other told me I shouldn't hit people to calm them down anymore.

Apparently that's against some sorta rules.

/Sure it wasn't the drugs that keep you from flying to Malaysia to get a little brown boy with tricks you learned from Gary Glitter?

It's a tough job writing a show like that. Every episode has to stand on its own AND fit into the larger story arc AND keep track of what must be dozens of characters.

I missed Venture Libre and I felt lost when I tuned in to the third episode.

Yes, yes. I hear you all. Trust me, if it weren't the best thing on TV I wouldn't be so emotional about it. It's the worst kind of entertainment catch 22.

It's so well crafted I want more new episodes more often.

There are fewer new episodes less often because it's so well crafted.

Three years still seems too long to me. But, what do I know? I just have to watch it not make it. I'm sure if I did have to make it I would be telling myself to STFU.

/Maybe I do have tri-polar disorder?

That, and as they've explained on at least a handful of occasions, Jackson and Doc deliberately delayed the production of this season so that they wouldn't have to lay off a lot of awesome people in between seasons (as their writing is the biggest rate-limiting factor in making the show).

Also, if we want to be accurate, the current season is 10 episodes worth of Venture--the Halloween special, double-episode premiere, and 7 more episodes--not 8.

The panda was in Adams Morgan.  Apparently he just wanted a couple of drinks and maybe a chance to catch some live music.

Watch Archer in your downtime.

It helps alleviate the pain.

Krieger is the one who feels mostly like a venture bros character, but the rest of the show is comparative in style particularly the 'arcs season long, or longer'. The subplots don't linger on forever, and the longer the series goes on, the better things sync together.

And it's full of geek references of every type.

I've never seen references to X-Men (By title and by character name), Noam Chomsky, Animal Farm, obscure Burt Reynolds movies, and Where the Red Fern Grows (farking subtle it was) in one series. And so so much more.

I was thinking that since, according to TFA in the Washington Post, he wasn't interested on food for a few days that he was saving his appetite for an Ethiopian chowdown at Meskerem.

He was out checking on those black pandas he'd heard so much about. Not the bears. The girls from the hood.
