reklamfox: God damn how big are the drains that a baby would even flush down the bowl? I don't know much about newborn babies, but aren't they usually a little bigger than even the biggest of turds? Hell, even my worst stink log I had to break up with a plunger before it would flush all the way.

Newborns are extremely flexible. Remember they have to squeeze out of the same hole you slid your dick through 9 months before....

Anyways, whats up with babies and drains? First the one in China and now this? Just bring the little bugger to the fire station directly instead of having to make those poor firefighters work for your mistake :/

ParadisePornoTheater: Damn ... hope a decent, loving family is found for the baby.

Ask the church. They've been finding lots of homes for lots of babies in Spain.

Oh, and I feel I shouldn't have to be more specific about which church. It's Spain.

What ever happened to leaving it on someones front porch with a note attached to the basket?

Seriously. How hard is it leave a baby where someone will find it?

You know, all fifty states have a "Baby Moses" law. Leave the baby at a hospital and you won't be charged with child abandonment. It gets adopted out, no paperwork, no questions asked. Spain probably lets you do that too. So unnecessary.

I know of one place in the Raval quarter in Barcelona that used to have a revolving window (not in our times, but in the way back times) where people could leave their unwanted infants. The hole is still in the side of the building, which I believe is now a library, or atatched to a library. My memory sucks.

This is why I always have to shake my head at the stupidity that is the anti-abortion crowd. By making abortions illegal they think women will start becoming chaste or responsible enough to have the child and raise it or give it up for adoption. That isn't true at all. The only thing that will happen is more death of women from botched illegal abortions or sad incidents like this one.

Abortion should stay legal, be available, be affordable, and quit carrying the negative connotations with it. If YOU don't like abortion then don't have one! Butt out of other peoples decisions though.

Reminds me of this baby found in a toilet drain pipe in China:

Damn lucky baby to have survived two days in a drain, wrapped up in plastic. And considering, the baby is in fair shape.
