the general rule of thub is; if a fully grown male uses the term "bro" they shall receive one cockpunch.  If the offending male then suggests the term was used in "ironicly", three subsequent cockpunches shall result.

Meh.

Internet-dweebs mocking people they don't actually know based on categories.

They're from a different culture than you, and express themselves differently.  You're not part of their group, so you hate them.

Big whoop.  You're arseholes.

Not because you have your own culture (of memes and sarcastic 'csbs' and casual superficial misogyny etc.), but because you hate other individuals based upon cultural expressions, their 'inside jokes' and 'codes' that you're not a part of.

Dave Matthews Band's not that bad.  If you hate them because of how much people you don't know like them, then you're an ass.

These folks speak a slightly different language - it's like hating someone from the south for speaking with a twang, or someone from France for speaking French.

Stop being judgemental, generalizing arses.

Rufus, Brint, and Meekus were like brothers to me. And when I say brother, I don't mean, like, an actual brother, but I mean it like the way black people use it. Which is more meaningful I think.

Okay, fine, you're right - DMB was good at being fun.  Like they were Jack Johnson mixed with a damn good jam band and Dave's then-original and kinda-fun licky guit-box style.
Great way to spend a summer night drinking beer.

Then (after about 98), Dave spent less time being fun, and wasn't nearly as good at being not-fun.

Still, though, for a fun band - they're good.
