The ballboy is apparently the brother of fan-friendly Oakland A's relief pitcher Pat Neshek.  He congratulated his brother on Twitter.

Sure is...that's Paul Neshek.  He was on the 1994 Brooklyn Center American Little League team that went to the little league world series. Some athletic blood in the Neesh family.

/not sure I "boy" is the correct term for him though. Maybe back in 1994.

He made an awesome play in the Tigers' recent series too. Even the commentators on the Tigers' side were talking him up.
