Well, all I know is that "Fairies Wear Boots" is one of the high points of Western music.

I've only seen Black Sabbath once, during the Ronnie James Dio (RIP) era. They opened with an absolutely blistering War Pigs, it was amazing to see all the jaws on the ground after that.

I'm really tempted to go see this tour, but it all depends on what kind of shape Ozzy's voice is in and if he can get even close to singing on pitch (not a given).

As someone who listens to a lot of symphonic and progressive metal, what most Americans consider metal amuses me. Take your hard rock and get it off my Liquid Metal satellite channel.

Come to think of it, I actually think I meant Glenn Hughes with two Ns. Man, Seventh Star was a crappy album.

FALSE.

Ward is old and has heart trouble. He can't hang any more. Word has it he was huffing and puffing through rehearsals and couldn't keep up because he was out of shape. Iommi's cancer is a factor, also, because Ward was dragging his feet and Tony was concerned as to how much time he actually had  and was concerned he'd get worse or die before the album was done.

That sucks, he's one of my fav drummers. Him, John Bonham and Chris Adler are the biggest influences on my drumming (outside my dad, who was influenced by the first two, but absolutely idolized Keith Moon).
