I find this about as offensive as a mexican standing in front of a hot dog cart with a flat-billed baseball cap and a hipster mustache. Which is to say, not at farking all.

As a Mexican-American I have to say that I see nothing offensive about that picture.  It's just a silly photo, as far as I'm concerned.

Yes. Clearly. Because no Hispanic owned taco/burrito franchise has ever used the mustachioed sombrero wearing icon to hawk their wares. Ever. It's just not done.
