Russ1642: I need more details before calling it a Darwin award. There should be no exposed live wires anywhere save a few places like substations, train and bus overheads and third rails. Either the school is significantly at fault or they managed to break open an electrical conduit.

Parkour will do that...  Conduits aren't designed to have 160 pounds of monkey teenager hanging from them.
