(BBC)   Man guilty of solicitor murder. At least he did not solicit a murderer to murder the solicitor, as then he'd be a solicitor murderer murder solicitor and would have to murder himself. Got that?   (bbc.co.uk) divider line 27

Or, translated from English to Murrican: Someone took a quote from Shakespeare's "King Henry VI" a bit literally...and learns that killing the lawyers really doesn't help in the long run.

(Guy goes well and truly bankrupt to the point of homelessness, pretty much decided to blame his lawyer for the loss of a $1.5 million house and his relationship, and decides to end the attorney-clent relationship via shotgun.  Needless to say, the courts in the Land Where Judges Are Required To Engage In George Washington Cosplay Whilst On The Bench most certainly Did Not Approve.)

Now, that said...yes, I've been tempted to use door-to-door salesmen (and especially telemarketing company CEOs) for target practice, but I also know that an attempt to do so would go even MORE poorly than the events in Jolly Auld England.  (Among other things, the UK pretty much no longer has the death penalty unless you're pretty much actively caught attempting to throttle HRH Queen Elizabeth II to death with one of the Royal Corgies AND it's caught on the Beeb.  This is DECIDEDLY Not True in much of the US.)

Sure you and I can have those fantasies and not act on them but this guy seems to be well and truly loony too.

Is it explicitly illicit to solicit mortiferous solicitor dismissal?

TabASlotB: Is it explicitly illicit to solicit mortiferous solicitor dismissal?

No, but morally there's a definite deficit in an implicit solicit; to elicit a solicitor is to abet mortification.
