I am strangely intrigued...

I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I dislike watermelon. The actual fruit, I mean. In Jolly Rancher form, watermelon's a blast, but I haven't been able to eat the real thing since I was eight-years-old.

That's probably because watermelon Jolly Ranchers taste nothing at all like watermelon.

Has grape anything (grape Kool-Aid, grape Jolly Ranchers, ANYTHING) ever tasted even a little like a grape?

Maybe like bad wine with a 10:1 sugar ratio

I totally agree with them though.. In fact, I often use that exact same example.

I'm not a fan of watermelon. I do like watermelon flavored things though.

Chemical shiat-storm... NOW IN COLOR!

2013-06-17 02:58:13 AM
The problem with so many of these wild Oreo flavors is that they're sickly sweet, to the point where the cream tastes like honey. Not regular honey, mind you. Not like, Stop & Shop honey hiding in a plastic bear. I'm talking about the honey you'd find at a maw-and-paw general store in the middle of nowhere. I'd imagine it to be called something like, "Joe's Locust Wicker Hive Honey." And the label, if there was one, would be handwritten.

What's with the hate-on for real, fresh honey?  Does this guy prefer high fructose corn syrup over sugar cane too?

I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I dislike watermelon. The actual fruit, I mean. In Jolly Rancher form, watermelon's a blast, but I haven't been able to eat the real thing since I was eight-years-old.

Ah.  This man is the pinnacle of the junk food industry's long term strategy.  Not only does he eat shiat, he prefers to eat shiat and turns his nose up at the healthy food that shiat is trying to emulate.  Sad.

For the time being until I come up with an actual recipe, you can buy vanilla "oreos" (I just get store brand) or chocolate if you prefer, lick out/scrape out the filling and use this in between:

of you can put it between graham crackers......but put it in the freezer for a few minutes because it is a lot softer than the creme that comes between the cookies. Ta-da

True. However, back in high school when we could get our hands on some "beer" (Zima in our case) we would always drop the watermelon and sour apple jolly ranchers into the Zima to improve the taste. It worked for a bit until I found out what "real beer" was, lol! Good memories, I tell ya!

I was like that until my mid 20s or so. I'd eat them on a hamburger or something when I was a kid, but could never bring myself to eat a plain tomato. Now, I eat several pints of grape tomatoes a week. And I actually don't mind slicing a tomato, salting it and then eating it by itself.

Oh, you poor, sad, silly coaster. Soda is club soda (which is different than seltzer), as in scotch and soda. One should never refer to pop as soda because it results in idiot bar tenders and waitresses from the coast bringing one a scotch and pop, which is not only uncivilized, but it is a cruel, cruel thing to do to innocent scotch. This has happened to me more than once, but what can one expect from people raise to speak so imprecisely?

The fact is that Midwestern speech is the speech known the world over as American. Everything else is just a dialect. You people from the coasts have better transportation, better access to the arts, and access to better, cheaper food. We have the language.
