When caught the vandals will be buried up to their necks and have sand kicked in their faces.  To help catch the culprits, lifeguards are asking informants to write ''It's me" or "I did it" in sunscreen on the backs of the sleeping culprits while sunbathing.  Anyone caught harboring these evil fiends will be forced to walk the hot sand without foot ware, while informants will be rewarded by being allowed to steal the bikini top of any sunbather he choses.
