Lsherm: A reservoir isn't the kind of place anyone goes to visit in the middle of the night
meddleRPI: Recent chemical engineering graduates for whom the visit was within their career interests. A career of EVIL VILLAINY, most likely!
Lsherm: A reservoir isn't the kind of place anyone goes to visit in the middle of the night. It's like saying "let's go to the used car lot" at 12:30 in the morning.
Lsherm: Vodka Zombie: I just explained that I, at times, do in fact visit the reservoir in the middle of the night... not hammered... And, you don't seem to have a problem with it. So... what was your point again?Strangely enough, I've also been dragged to a used car lot in the middle of the night as well (I know. Weird life, huh?). But, that's a story for another day.You weren't responding to me so I missed that post. Way to invent what you think my response would be. It must be nice to be so self-centered.And you had a dog with you. So if I asked you why you were at the reservoir, and you said "walking my dog" - then that sounds plausible. "Doing freelance homework" does not sound plausible. "Drinking, having sex, and farking around" sounds plausible.

CheatCommando: skullkrusher: The same group was spotted at Los Alamos hopping the fence at 2AM. They were just writing a paper on nuclear fission. Don't assume anything nefarious, racist.Off your meds again, I see.
Lsherm: They weren't arrested, but it IS odd to visit a reservoir in the middle of the night, even if your academic interests happen to line up with it. Personally, I'd feel better about the whole thing if at least one of them was hammered wasn't a Muslim.
Marcus Aurelius: They may well have been taking pictures of the reservoir. Isn't that grounds for a terrorism charge? What's this country coming to when we can't arbitrarily throw suspicious people into a lockup somewhere and throw away the key?
