There's no functional difference between this guy and SEAL Team 6.   Seriously.  They both kill whoever they're told to kill, no questions.

The people who gave him power are not embarrassed that they did it. They're not ashamed. They'll be proud that they did it, every day of their life until they die.

And then we'll tip them in their holes, and we'll never say their names again, and when enough of them are in their holes we'll start to fix this.

If your RTFA it says he decided to kill Ruiz because he said his daughter was a "bad woman" and called her names.

That happened in January. Stewing on it for two months, Martinez returned to Alabama having "made up his mind he was going to kill him," McWhorder said.

And our military units, especially for marines (which the Seal teams are in the literal sense, albeit not literally in the branch of the military with that name), specifically and openly target sociopaths and outright psychopaths for recruitment.  I don't think the word is used, but in the recruiting descriptions it might as well be.

Then the training is (again explicitly, no hiding their purpose here) designed to exacerbate those characteristics.

Basically I'm not sure what your point is, you seem to just be agreeing with the dude you're quoting in a strangely specific way.

Some people simply refuse to pay up. When a dealer decides there's no point in trying to wring any more money out of his customer, he simply cuts his losses in a way that strongly encourages other deadbeats to work a little harder at paying back their own debts. Technically, getting money that you wouldn't otherwise get because other deadbeats started thinking you've gone soft and won't resort to such extreme measures is a form of profit.

/of course, in the zero-accountability world of crime, many times the "debt" only exists because the dealer decides his customer didn't pay him a "fair" price, and therefore owes him
//when it seems to you that all your customers are deadbeats, the real problem is more likely the one common factor they all have, namely you and your business practices

Have you ever actually met someone in the military, or is this just what the professor down at the JuCo told you?
