One of the Boston area radio stations played "Birdhouse in Your Soul" this morning. It was like a trip to an alternate universe where people listened to TMBG.

I liked it. "you'll be standing when the music stops" is a reference to playing musical chairs and you will end up losing. Trying to control the world is a losing proposition. That is what I think the message is.
