Then you click the link at the blog only to find a sensational article and find out it's 42 hectares or 100 acres which is hardly a "vast expanse." A typical shopping mall or subdivision is 100 acres. And then it's mostly salt water with perhaps 2000 liters of petroluem? Fark?
